Alloy watches: 30 days sampling; 35 days mass production

Stainless steel watches: 35-40 days sampling; 40-60 days mass production

For lower quantity orders, such as 100pcs or 200pcs, unit price is higher.

After-sales service

All the products go through multi-channel QC before shipping out. With long-distance of transportation, there may be some uncontrollable circumstances, such as crude custom inspection, careless deliveryman, terrible weather and so on. We are glad to provide quality service to our customers.

1) Any problems of the goods should be informed to us within one week after receiving.

2) If we confirm that is the quality problem, we will provide free replacement for those defective pieces.

3) If the cause of goods’ quality problems are due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repairing.

4) For those have been sold, any abrasion can be repaired, but we need to charge for it.
